AC MAINTENANCE

We handle all your AC complaints as per your requirement and convenience. Once a complaint is registered, we analyze the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Services Included: • Complete system diagnosis • Filter cleaning and replacement • Coil inspection and cleaning • Refrigerant level check • Thermostat calibration Pricing: • Basic Service: ₹349-649 • Deep Cleaning: ₹699-999 • AMC Package (4 visits/year): ₹1499/ton • Residental AMC package for visit per year: ₹1449

Transportation charge applicable in both AMC & CMC if air conditioner is transported from site to office.

Air conditioner removal and installation activity also done.

CMC – Comprehensive Maintenance Contract

12 Months Service for All Units Under Air Cool Services.

CMC contract include One Year Warranty for Air-conditions, Electric Parts, Gas Charging & Compressor With 4 Times Service.

Immediate Attendance of Breakdown, if any.

Refrigerant Gas Charging, if necessary.

Following spare parts shall be Repairing free of cost in case of any Breakdown During CMC period: Compressor, Fan Motor, PCB, Magnetic Switch, Transformer & Condenser Coil etc.

02 Time Wet Service & 02 Time Dry Service.

CMC Contact Include Services Against Any Complaint at Any Time Free of Cost.

Terms & Conditions

If air conditioner is not in working condition we do repair and undertake it in CMC contract.

CMC contract can be increased by 0–5 percent at the time of renewal every year.

Payment should be paid 100% in advance after submission of PROFORMA-INVOICE.
